Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation: Customers can request to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it or before the order is dispatched. Once the product is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Cancellation Process: To cancel an order, please email us at support@suganyatex.com with your order number. Our team will confirm the status and initiate cancellation if eligible.

3. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are applicable only for:

• Cancelled orders before shipment
• Defective, damaged, or wrong items received (with proof shared within 48 hours of delivery)
• Products lost in transit

4. Refund Process: Once your request is verified and approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after confirmation of account details.

5. Return Conditions: Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Items that are used, washed, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for refunds.

6. Non-Refundable Items: Customized or clearance products are not eligible for refunds unless received damaged or defective.

7. Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will bear the return shipping costs.
